Q: What’s your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
A: For hotel porcelain items, usually the MOQ is 1000pcs for normal shape. There is also flexibility of mixing different items based on 500pcs;  For stoneware tableware items, usaully the MOQ is one full 20GP, almost 1000sets; For  coffee mugs/promotional gifts/arts&crafts, the MOQ is very flexibility. Anyway, the price is closely related to the order quantity.

Q: May I have some samples from you before I buy?
A: For our existing samples, sample is free, but freight will be paid by buyer.；For personalized sample, the cost of open mold or design should be paid at first, which could be refunded after confirming order as long as your order quantity come to one 20GP.

Q: Can you do personalized porcelain&ceramic items?
A: Absolutely yes, Customized design is welome. After many years had work on the line of porcelain&ceramic items, much experience and abundant resources have been collected. Our professional staff and state of the art equipment allow us to have the capability to design and manufacture a wide range of new items according to the buyer's requirements.
